Biagio Rosario Parisi
TECNAV Naval Architecture & Marine Eng. Co-Owner
Biagio Rosario was born on March 7th, 1967.
After the Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering he started to gain experience in the Yachtbuilding Industry, mainly in the Production an Technical Dpts, until he became Production Manager for Ferretti Group for CRN and Apreamare-Itama Brands. During his work experience at the Ferretti Group shipyards, Biagio obtained a Corporate MBA (released by Alma Graduate School – Università degli Studi di Bologna).
During these years, he also started to specialize in the noise and vibration field in the Shipbuilding Industry, strictly cooperating with the Company TECNAV SAS, which was a worldwide reference point in the N&V Consultancy.
For over 20 years, he worked as Senior Engineer for TECNAV SAS until 2020, when he founded TECNAV Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, which collects the Heritage of the previous Company.

Davide
Laconi
TECNAV Naval Architecture & Marine Eng. Co-Owner
Davide Laconi was born on January 25th, 1980.
He started to work in Yachtbuilding Industry before his Master’s Degree in
Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, performing Stages and Cooperation with Ferrettigroup and also developing his Thesis work, with Biagio Rosario as Supervisor and Correlator.
In his first years he gained experience in several roles:
Production, Technical Dpt., Project & Program Manager for NPD, After Sales & Refitting for Megayachts.
In the last 14 years he worked initially as Junior Engineer and then as Senior Engineer for TECNAV SAS until 2020, when he founded TECNAV Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering together with Biagio Rosario.
Both Biagio and Davide are Mobius Certified Vibration Specialists.
Biagio is also qualified as Technical Proficient in Environmental Acoustics in the Civil and Industrial Sectors.
